American sculptor working with architectural and industrial forms, from small objects to large public commissions. Her Mae West (2011) is a 52-metre carbon-fibre sculpture at Effnerplatz in Munich. Professor at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf since 2003, and its director 2013–2017.
