Charlotte Posenenske
German minimalist sculptor born in Wiesbaden in 1930. From 1967–68 she produced industrially inspired modular sculptures in aluminium, steel and cardboard, sold at material cost and reconfigurable by the owner. She abandoned art in 1968 and retrained as a sociologist of industrial labour. Died in 1985.
