Sri Lankan artist raised in a family of traditional southern craft-artists and ritualists. His redrawn maps and objects examine colonialism, militarism, caste and the distinction between art and craft. Founding member of the Theertha International Artists Collective (Colombo) and founder of the Mullegama Art Center in Athurugiriya. BFA from the Visual and Performance Art University, Colombo.
