Hassan Khan

Hassan Khan is an artist, musician, and writer based in Cairo and Berlin working across video, sound, sculpture, installation, and performance. His practice examines questions of power, culture, identity, and language, often through documentary-style works filmed in the streets and interior spaces of Cairo. He won the Silver Lion at the 57th Venice Biennale (2017).
