Charles Lim Yi Yong is an artist based in Singapore working across film, installation, sound, drawing, and photography. His long-term project SEA STATE investigates the biophysical, political, and perceptual dimensions of Singapore's maritime territory, developing a body of work that represented Singapore at the 56th Venice Biennale (2015).
